Winter Training

Bike - Spin - Indoor. Mondays

A Triathlon focused Spin Session every Monday evening over the winter and spring. Indoor Bike Training to develop power, endurance & efficiency.

Time: Monday Evening starting at 8.30-9.30pm
Cost: £7.00 Session

Run - Wednesdays

Speed and strength session starting at Longdown Lodge, Sandhurst.

Cost: Free to members

Swim - Fridays

A weekly pool session arranged over the winter and spring- focusing on improving form, speed and strenght

Bike - Outdoors (weekend)

Bike rides are arrange for the weekend and are published on the club facebook group

3cTri Monday evening rides are starting from Monday 24th April. Meet at Horseshoe lake at 6.50pm for a 7.00pm ride out

Swim

We meet most Fridays in the summer at Horseshoe lake where we concentrate on Open Water Swimming and often follow with a short run.
